Job Summary

Based in Abbotsford, VIC, you will service and optimise building management systems (BMS) and HVAC, diagnose and repair complex control issues, configure BMS platforms, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll work with BACnet integration, Niagara platforms, and modern building automation tools, collaborating with internal teams to drive uptime, upgrades, and safety across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Service, maintain and optimise building management and HVAC systems across multiple environments
•Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on control and automation systems
•Configure and support BMS platforms and associated applications
•Deliver exceptional customer service through effective site support and communication
•Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and identify opportunities

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in BMS, building automation, or HVAC controls
•Strong technical knowledge of BACnet and system integration/configuration
•Experience working with modern BMS platforms (e.g. Niagara or similar systems)
•Engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or relevant trade background
•Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
