Product Manager, Platform

Own the foundational platform systems that support every Profound customer and teammate. Drive discovery, execution, and delivery for enterprise-ready capabilities including identity and access management, permissions/roles, billing and subscriptions, notifications, and authentication. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, security, marketing, sales, and customer success—clarifying scope, making decisions, and shipping with high velocity and quality. Engage with customers daily to gather feedback and shape direction.
