Key Responsibilities

  • •Create the platform strategy covering identity/access management, permissions/roles, billing/subscriptions, notifications, and authentication.
  • •Define customer onboarding, team management, and access control across Profound products for organizations of all sizes.
  • •Coordinate and expedite execution across engineering, design, security, marketing, sales, and customer success by managing scope and making clear decisions.
  • •Optimize for velocity and quality while maintaining progress toward team goals.
  • •Engage with customers daily to perform discovery, gather feedback, and support selling and storytelling with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building software products for enterprise, ideally in a startup or fast-moving environment.
  • •Domain expertise in platform engineering, identity and access management, billing systems, or developer infrastructure.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, create clarity, and drive teams to ship.
  • •Strong product fundamentals with a focus in one or more of security, systems design, enterprise go-to-market, or developer experience.
  • •Willingness to get hands-on—writing specs, reviewing API docs, debugging auth flows, and supporting enterprise security reviews.
