Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle daily purchasing for food (F&B), beverages, and non-food items.
  • •Manage inventory and warehouse control, including regular inventory counts and waste minimization.
  • •Coordinate supplier management: obtain and compare offers, conduct price negotiations with the Purchasing Manager, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • •Perform quality and goods receipt checks to ensure compliance with hotel standards, hygiene rules (HACCP), and ordered quantities/prices.
  • •Verify delivery slips, purchase orders, and invoices; support accounting preparation and monitor usage, stock, and pricing calculations for consumption items and recipes.

Key Requirements

  • •Training in hospitality or a commercial field, plus solid experience in F&B controlling or warehousing/inventory management.

  • •Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured approach to master data and inventory maintenance.
  • •Strong teamwork and awareness of cross-department interfaces.
