Assistant Purchasing Manager (w/m/d)

Manage daily procurement for hotel operations, including food (F&B), beverages, and non-food items. Oversee inventory levels with regular stocktakes, minimize waste, and handle supplier management through requests for quotes and price negotiations with alignment from the Purchasing Manager. Ensure quality and correct receipt of goods (standards and HACCP), support cross-department coordination, and verify invoices and deliveries for accounting readiness.
