Offer Manager, Advisory Services

Oversee the day-to-day operations of advisory offers and programs, ensuring stable, scalable delivery across onboarding, trading, billing, reporting, compliance, and servicing. Serve as operational owner with end-to-end visibility, risk identification, issue triage, root-cause remediation, and continuous process improvement. Partner with Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Advisory teams to govern workflows, track KPIs, coordinate change readiness, and provide actionable operational reporting.
