Job Summary

Drive customer success and growth for a designated enterprise portfolio by leveraging GenAI/LLM and cloud solutions. You’ll manage the full customer success lifecycle—onboarding, training, support, adoption, advocacy, and retention—while working closely with sales and cross-functional teams. Identify risks and opportunities, pursue cross-sell/upsell, help improve customer lifecycle processes, and feed customer insights back into the product roadmap.

•Drive customer success outcomes including product adoption, customer satisfaction, and account health scores.
•Manage onboarding, training, support, and retention for a client portfolio.

•Provide feedback to the business and product teams to help define the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development with AI/LLM or Cloud products in Thailand.
•Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
•Understanding of the client base and the challenges they face.
•Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
•Analytical and process-oriented mindset with SaaS or PaaS technology experience.
