Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute expediting strategies for subsea equipment packages, including flexible pipes, steel risers, umbilicals, subsea valves, connectors, and related products.
  • •Manage complete package delivery after purchase order placement and expedite internally/externally to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Monitor and manage suppliers using desktop expediting, online meetings, and site visits across all stages of order execution.
  • •Maintain registers and logs to clearly report package progress and mitigate supply chain risk through continual vendor engagement.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Project Controls, QA/QC, and logistics to ensure approvals, uphold company procurement policies, and meet client HSE requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant degree in engineering or economics.
  • •Offshore/Subsea experience is required.
  • •10+ years’ procurement experience in an Oil and Gas EPC company.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Fluent English with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-relationship skills.
