Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for Hang Seng Insurance within the Hang Seng Bank network in Hong Kong. Responsible for customer acquisition, product penetration, and cross-selling across distribution channels; manage multi-channel campaigns, budget and ROI, analyze market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a marketing team to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Craft and implement marketing strategies tailored to the needs of the Distribution department that align with business objectives and channel growth, focusing on customer acquisition, product penetration, and cross-selling opportunities.
•Develop, execute and monitor multi-channels innovative marketing campaigns and promotion materials to support various distribution partners and sales teams.
•Effectively manage the marketing budget and sales projection, analyze campaign performance, and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and ROI tracking.
•Leverage data analytics and stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify trends, customer needs and opportunities for growth, innovation and competitive landscape.
•Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant insurance regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements

•University graduate with degree preferably in business administration, marketing, accounting, finance, or related discipline.
•Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, finance or actuarial, preferably within insurance or financial services, with solid knowledge of insurance product and sales planning.
•Strong drive-in customer centricity, with proven ability on the implementation of marketing projects and sales activities.
•Strong in self-motivation, communication, project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment under pressure.
•Experience in supporting distribution channels or sales teams is highly desirable.
