Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee the Products & Solutions agenda across the South Division to drive revenue growth, business performance, and market relevance.
  • •Own divisional product strategy, portfolio prioritization, and the execution roadmap across Core Products, Digital Payments, Acceptance, and Gateway.
  • •Coordinate market integration across Product, Expert Sales, Customer Delivery, Marketing, Advisors, and Account Management to deliver a cohesive Products & Solutions strategy.
  • •Establish and monitor divisional revenue targets, strategic objectives, resource allocation, and investment priorities across the portfolio.
  • •Identify market opportunities using competitive intelligence, consumer insights, transaction behavior analysis, and portfolio analytics; drive adoption and commercialization with Sales and Customer Delivery teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive leadership and general management experience defining strategic direction and driving business results across multiple markets.
  • •Strong experience in product strategy, portfolio management, and commercialization within payments, financial services, or related industries.
  • •Proven ability to translate business priorities, customer needs, and market insights into product strategies and investment decisions.
  • •Experience managing P&L and business performance and growth initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
