•Champion global design systems and pattern libraries, and contribute solid UX/UI patterns to improve experiences.

Key Requirements

•BA in a UX-related field (e.g., human-computer interaction, human factors, communication design, product design) or equivalent practical experience.
•10+ years as a UX Designer/Interaction Designer/Information Architect (or similar), including 5+ years leading teams of senior designers delivering B2B and B2C experiences.
•Demonstrate excellence in UX and/or UI, supported by a portfolio showing user-centered problem-solving and shipping experience for web and mobile applications.
•Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions, promote design solutions, and adapt design practices.
•Operational experience using prioritization/time-management within tech teams, including mastery of design tools such as Figma (must).
