Job Summary

Own the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Workday Adaptive Planning and related finance planning processes. Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and integrations across Workday Adaptive Planning, ERP systems, and finance platforms to ensure data accuracy and scalability. Partner with FP&A, Finance Systems, and technical teams to improve reliability, resolve data discrepancies, automate reporting workflows, and provide ongoing user enablement through documentation and testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and continuously improve Workday Adaptive Planning, including planning models, reporting structures, and user administration.
•Partner with FP&A, Finance Systems, and technical teams to support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
•Ensure accurate data flow and improve integration reliability between Workday Adaptive Planning, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
•Identify operational inefficiencies and implement enhancements across reporting, automation projects, and finance systems initiatives.
•Provide user support and guidance; execute testing and maintain documentation for system updates and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Administer Workday Adaptive Planning, including planning models, reporting structures, and user administration.
•Participate in implementation or major enhancement projects within Workday Adaptive Planning.
•Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes with strong process understanding.

•Have basic accounting knowledge of financial statements.
