Job Summary

Own end-to-end customer engagements for agentic AI deployments, translating business challenges into measurable outcomes. Define customers’ Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, run design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analysis, and architect solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems. Coordinate delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, drive adoption metrics, and feed field insights into the Agentic AI roadmap—using AI-supported development tools to accelerate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the full value lifecycle (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume) with ownership of outcomes.
•Define and architect customers’ Agentic AI strategy and roadmap through workshops, agent design sessions, jobs-to-be-done analysis, and solution architecture across Salesforce systems.
•Manage engagement delivery end-to-end including timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics by identifying blockers early and driving measurable value realization.
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, serve as the primary customer-facing contact, assess AI readiness/change management needs, and translate field insights into product feedback.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
•Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
