Production Planner

Create and maintain an accurate production and shop-floor schedule aligned to the master plan, optimizing materials and resource usage to meet customer requirements. Coordinate material flow across production stages for Winnebago products, partner daily with purchasing to reduce idle and on-hand inventory, and communicate production commitments and metrics to key stakeholders. Resolve material/capacity conflicts, manage WIP variances, and maintain capacity and item attribute data using MRP processes and tooling.
