Job Summary

Drive localized field marketing execution for Emerson’s Test & Measurement and NI product brand in Italy/EMEA. Partner with Sales to deliver technical campaigns, localized content, demos, and event programs that resonate with engineering audiences. Serve as event “captain,” collaborate with global technical marketing teams to adapt assets, track customer/competitive/campaign performance, and support sales enablement with local tools, training, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to regional marketing strategy using in-market insights and technical execution perspectives.
•Execute the regional marketing plan with Sales by localizing and delivering campaigns, content, and programs for Italian market needs.
•Support demos, presentations, and technical marketing activities at regional events and customer engagements.
•Act as event “captain” by driving audience engagement, event messaging, sales activation, and event content in partnership with the Event Marketing team.
•Collaborate with Global Technical Marketing teams to adapt content and demo assets for regional execution, and provide ongoing insight on customer behavior, competition, and campaign performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 37,500 - 69,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
•5+ years of experience in a technical marketing or sales role.
•Familiarity with the Italian market and business culture.
•Technical fluency to communicate complex concepts to engineering audiences.
•Fluent in Italian and English; must be located in Milan, Italy, and able to work from the local NI office.
