Design and shape secure, multi-year Managed Services solutions in the security domain for enterprise clients. Partner with sales and delivery teams to lead pre-sales discovery, architecture solutioning, cost modeling, and service design deliverables, including SIAM, SLA, and ITSM-aligned operating models. Validate and improve offerings, run workshops, and support commercial discussions to mitigate risk while demonstrating cost savings and transformation value. May stay involved through implementation and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

•Design managed service solutions by integrating technology and service design across the security domain to meet client requirements.
•Conduct pre-sales activities including presentations, product demonstrations, and solution development with sales and delivery teams.
•Develop the Managed Service offering and service design deliverables with internal teams and partners to ensure supportability.
•Map client requirements to service elements and architectures, coordinating end-to-end solution development (Cloud Services, technology architectures, SIAM, SLA, and ITSM leading practices).
•Support validation and sign-off across technical, service, and costing stakeholders, including cost modeling and commercial discussions to mitigate risk and improve competitiveness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology/systems or a related field.
•Certification and working knowledge of ITIL and service management/integration concepts (automation, AI, and analytics knowledge preferred).
•Scaled Agile certification (or equivalent) is desirable.
•Proven experience designing security managed services solutions for large enterprise accounts and structuring multi-year, profitable contracts.
•Experience designing and implementing security solutions, preferably within a managed security services environment, across global delivery and multiple geographies/industries.
