Educate customers on digital and self-service banking options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support the sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs, and referring clients to specialists when appropriate. Contribute to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts, assist with new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.
