Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Exercise sound judgment on the dealership’s overall financial and office workflow under the direction of the Regional Controller.
•Maintain orderly, current, and accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies through internal controls.
•Recruit, supervise, and develop dealership office personnel and direct staff to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
•Audit balance sheets and schedules regularly, address problems, and keep the Regional Controller informed of potential issues and liabilities.
•Assist with forecasting and budgeting and ensure timely completion of financial statements, monthly work papers, and reports, including monthly reconciliations and DOC preparation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
•5+ years managing the accounting function and leading the accounting staff of an automotive dealership.
•Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation-based communication skills.

•Experience with dealership management systems (ADP preferred) and strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
