Key Responsibilities

•Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications to deliver a customer-first experience.
•Assess vehicle condition accurately, document appraisal details, and communicate findings to Buyers.
•Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards.
•Handle paperwork and coordinate service appointments while reviewing repair order invoices for accurate billing and following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.2 - 36 hourly

Key Requirements

•Provide strong communication to represent CarMax and support customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
•Conduct accurate vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals and Buyers.
•Manage inventory tasks such as vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Perform cosmetic inspections and handle administrative duties including printing reports, maintaining paperwork, auditing documents, and managing payments.
•Have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
