Key Responsibilities

•Provide support to users and partners who want to use APIs to integrate with Thumbtack.
•Stay current on Thumbtack product updates to manage bugs and feedback effectively.
•Respond to product inquiries from internal customers through designated channels with timely, accurate support.
•Address bugs and feedback by collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify solutions and resolve knowledge gaps.
•Collaborate cross-functionally and help create/maintain documentation and best practices for integration support and onboarding, while streamlining operational workflows.

Key Requirements

•At least 3+ years of experience in the BPO or Shared Services industry.
•Proven experience providing technical support or working on technical projects.
•Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•Experience with or interest in learning about APIs and product integrations.
•Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
