Job Summary

Serve as the primary interface for RSAF Command and front-line EW/aircrew to capture and validate Mission Data (MD) needs and ensure timely end-to-end MD production. Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain EWC Typhoon concepts (CONOPs/CONUSE) and operational threat engagement scenarios.
  • •Interface with the Intelligence Directorate for ELINT collection tasking supporting MD operational requirements.
  • •Liaise with RSAF MD tasking agencies and front-line users to align training, exercise, and operational MD requirements (content, priority, rules of engagement, tactics, schedule).
  • •Manage end-to-end MD production activity, including EOB generation, MD configuration control, issuance and briefing material for Typhoon front-line users, and debriefing issues.
  • •Coordinate Typhoon PFA dissemination to EWC sections, manage PFA activities, and support the Test & Evaluation cell for trials and exercises.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • •Experience in gaining stakeholder confidence and coordinating diverse activities with strong communication, influence, and decision-direction skills.
  • •Experience developing and applying engineering processes and delivering engineering solutions.
  • •Experience in Aerospace Systems and Support activities, with relevant air operations and EW environment experience, ideally 5 years and at least 3 years.
  • •Recent experience in Air Operations (as aircrew or leading/creating/validating Mission Data), particularly for Typhoon; plus command appointment equivalent to Squadron Leader or Wing Commander rank.
