Job Summary

Support the project manager for UK offshore wind energy projects by establishing a Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), developing and maintaining detailed schedules, and running schedule scenarios before and after changes. Monitor project risks, issues, resources, and critical path, perform critical path/schedule variance analysis, and maintain master schedule baselines. Collaborate with project teams and resident engineers, mentor staff, and provide inputs during proposal phases and business development scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Run interactive planning sessions to establish a Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and maintain master schedule baselines.
•Develop and manage project schedules, including creating scenarios before/after changes and supporting schedule variance analysis.
•Monitor project risks, issues, resources, and CPM; identify progress issues that threaten delivery and support recovery actions.
•Perform critical path analysis to determine float and schedule constraints, and evaluate schedule performance impacts on completion.
•Coordinate schedulers, support EPC/client integrated scheduling, assist change management procedures, and mentor junior/intermediate staff.

Key Requirements

•8-12 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably with offshore wind or offshore O&G/marine industry experience.
•Demonstrable project controls capability and proven scheduling skills using Primavera (incl. Primavera P6) and planning tools.
•Experience using Primavera Project Management and Primavera Risk Analysis, plus Microsoft Project.
•Understanding of project controls functions including schedule, cost, change, and risk/opportunity management.
•Ability to analyze schedule performance impacts on project completion and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
