Key Responsibilities

•Create reports, tools, and standardized metrics for operational measurement and improvement using Excel and Power BI
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and drive system enhancements to improve productivity
•Automate non-value, repetitive finance processes to reduce manual intervention
•Develop tools focusing on spending trends, team productivity, and workload balancing across the organization
•Conduct in-depth analyses via SQL queries to identify trends for decision-making

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, computer science, information systems, or other technical discipline

•Experience with PowerBI, Jira, and Confluence is a plus
•Ability to analyze data and check for accuracy/errors in datasets based on process and system knowledge
