Sales Support Associate III

Provide warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and sales floor, operating POS accurately and maintaining cash wrap organization. Support the Coach brand through client interactions and local market visibility, including add-on product suggestions and gift card promotion. Ensure smooth product flow by receiving and organizing shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies, maintaining a clean stockroom, and replenishing/refreshing floor inventory and visual merchandising updates while following Loss Prevention guidelines.
