Serve as trusted advisor to leaders across TI’s Worldwide Commercial Engagements team, managing a portfolio of complex commercial matters in a fast-moving global environment. Support deal execution and contract strategy across online commerce, intellectual property, open-source and software licensing, supply chain, marketing, crisis communications, and cybersecurity. Help modernize legal operations through reusable contract structures, standardization, automation, and AI, delivering data-driven advice grounded in prior deal history.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise leaders on complex commercial contracts in a fast-moving global environment.
•Manage and execute matters across online commerce, intellectual property, open-source and software licensing, supply chain, marketing, crisis communications, and cybersecurity.
•Assess issues against business objectives, reframe or deprioritize as needed, and escalate thoughtfully to drive alignment and decisions.
•Define success at the start of each project and track outcomes to ensure intended impact.
•Help modernize operations by moving from custom legal work to modular contract architecture and reusable legal frameworks, using standardization, automation, and AI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,000 - 295,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Be, or be eligible to become, licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
•Minimum of five years of experience practicing transactional (preferred) and/or litigation-related work at a top law firm or corporate law department (ideally with international context).
•Strong advocacy, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
•Ability to creatively solve problems independently and in a team environment while balancing detail-orientation and strategic thinking.
•Manage multiple issues/projects simultaneously, with project management experience.
