Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead hiring, training, onboarding infrastructure, and career ladder/leveling frameworks for care-team growth.
  • •Own care-team performance management and operating cadence (scorecards, reviews, coaching, escalation) tied to Action Quality and Care Quality.
  • •Develop and validate a demand-per-member model that translates member complexity into time-per-member estimates for staffing/capacity planning.
  • •Define and maintain population-specific attribute layers and ensure care-team actions aggregate correctly for each cohort/program.
  • •Own care-team SOP & SLA design plus operational algorithms inside Twin’s CTS/DTS environment, partnering with Product/Engineering for system behavior and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in healthcare operations leadership, including direct management of multi-disciplinary clinical teams at scale (250+ FTEs or 50K+ lives).
  • •5+ years in digital health organizations preferred.
  • •Own a performance-management system for a clinical/clinical-adjacent workforce, including metrics design, scorecards, audits, and leveling.
  • •Build or govern a workload/demand model that varies effort by member/case complexity.
  • •Design and govern SOPs, SLAs, and the algorithms/systems that operationalize them (e.g., workqueue/ticketing/clinical workflow platforms).
