Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly/quarterly reporting including forecasting, P&L variance analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations for management and business partners.
  • •Assist with annual planning and forecasts to support budget preparation, ensure timeliness/integrity, and provide recommendations that impact key decisions.
  • •Assist with invoice submissions, cost chargebacks, and month-end close activities including reclassifications and adjustment entries.
  • •Improve and own expense reporting views in recurring deliverables and contribute to other enterprise reporting requirements as needed.
  • •Coordinate with onshore-based partners and Manila stakeholders, participate in knowledge transfer, and identify process improvements to increase team productivity and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of collective experience in cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, procurement, project management, and related finance functional areas.
  • •Broad financial and accounting knowledge/business acumen supported by a 4-year degree program and related work experience.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate financial results.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills to present relevant information to management.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office plus financial systems such as PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, SAP, and Clarity PPM; business intelligence tools are required (Power BI is a plus).
