Join a small, high-skill team building production ML components for a proactive AI chat app. Ship and iterate on data, training, evaluation, and inference pipelines, fine-tune models, and debug production ML systems under real constraints (latency, cost, reliability and safety). Collaborate with senior ML engineers and product teams to deliver reliable ML-powered features at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and improve ML components across data, training, evaluation, and inference.
•Fine-tune and adapt models as part of larger production systems.
•Implement evaluation and testing to understand model behavior.
•Help build and maintain data pipelines for real-world and synthetic data.
•Debug model issues, performance problems, and production incidents.

Key Requirements

•Strong foundations in machine learning and modern neural architectures.
•Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models in production.
•Proficiency writing production-quality code and quickly learning new tools.
•Ability to work through ambiguity with guidance and take ownership over time.
•Bias toward shipping, iteration, and continuous improvement.
