Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic financial partner to People, Workplace, and Customer Zero organizations.
  • •Own budgeting and forecasting, including spend/headcount accuracy and functional cost modeling.
  • •Prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis and reporting, and lead driver-based analysis to improve operational efficiencies.
  • •Partner with controllership on accruals and elements of the close process, evolving processes as needed.
  • •Support long-range strategic planning and lead ad hoc strategic projects and process/systems scaling improvements.

Key Requirements
