Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, develop, and optimize RAM detection to improve product yield, quality, and cost.
  • •Lead Detection SWAT efforts to identify BKMs and meet detection goals, and standardize BKMs across sites.
  • •Develop metrics/KPIs and benchmarking for fab performance; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • •Establish and manage BKM alignment and deployment to ensure RAM standardization across technologies and site missions.
  • •Coordinate supplier engagement and evaluations (e.g., demos/tool evaluation/head-to-head) to promote tools/materials through TOR and support RAM tool roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters/Bachelors in Engineering.
  • •3+ years working experience in RDA and/or Metrology.
  • •Ability to lead detection strategy work across semiconductor sites and suppliers.
  • •Willing and capable of international travel, including extended international business travel assignments up to 6 months as needed.
  • •Adequate skill in project and program management, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills.
