Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, and JSIG) including personnel processing, media control, document/material marking and control, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified material.
  • •Develop, prepare, and implement local SOPs, OPSEC plans, and proprietary test plans using risk management principles.
  • •Support testing, shipment, and storage of classified materials and implement a media control program per JSIG requirements.
  • •Provide security oversight to subcontractors and suppliers via DD Form 254 or other contractual methods.
  • •Conduct internal reviews and/or Government inspections; investigate security infractions/violations and report potential loss/compromise risk to programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • •Experience conducting or supporting security audits, inspections, or internal reviews in compliance with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and/or ICD 705.
  • •Active and transferable Secret clearance level required at time of application, with U.S. government issued clearance required prior to start date and ability to obtain TS/SCI or higher or program access.
  • •Knowledge of and ability to administer security requirements for classified environments and proprietary programs, including personnel processing and media/document control.
  • •A valid driver’s license may be required, as the role may involve escorting individuals across business locations.
