Key Responsibilities

•Supervise operation and maintenance of the natural gas distribution system, including oversight of in-house crews and contractors.
•Schedule distribution street crew work by assessing project scope, assigning appropriate crews/skills, arranging equipment, and ensuring materials are met.
•Monitor Gas Records for audit accuracy and compliance; maintain required business records and handle confidential matters.
•Coordinate safety training, documentation, inspections, and accident investigations; work with state and government regulatory agencies.
•Provide emergency and on-call leadership by organizing outage response, directing unionized crews, and supporting remediation, investigations, grievances, and employee evaluations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,640 - 145,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred) or associate degree with 8+ years (preferred), or high school/GED with 10+ years and completion of the relevant progression program.

•Knowledge of industry federal and state regulations.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain natural gas operator qualifications.
•Strong supervisory abilities plus good oral and written communication, customer-service orientation, and computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, SAP, MS Outlook).
