Job Summary

Drive provider adoption and success of Counterpart Assistant by owning a portfolio of primary care partnerships. Serve as an external product SME, partnering on onboarding and training to build strong in-office workflows. •Own and manage provider relationships as the primary point of contact for primary care partners to drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant.
•Support provider recruitment and onboarding as a product SME by partnering on training best practices and in-office workflow adoption.
•Optimize provider success and retention by implementing structured engagement plans aligned to value-based care outcomes.
•Analyze provider performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and drive interventions that improve outcomes and increase utilization.
•Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and operations) to refine offerings based on provider feedback and market trends.

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting, with strong provider adoption and retention outcomes.
•Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with clinicians and staff and drive operational change.
•Translate operational data into actionable performance metrics and scorecards that improve primary care clinicians’ clinical and financial outcomes.
•Deep understanding of primary care and/or ambulatory care workflows, including implementing or improving clinical process workflows.
•Knowledge of EHRs and Medicare-related areas such as medical billing, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
