•Fulfil and achieve distribution and sales objectives for key brands in the on-trade channel through sales strategies and plans.
•Ensure compliance across sales, price management, promotions, and merchandising.

•Identify target outlets, negotiate, and implement promotional activities; evaluate results for sales and marketing review.
•Manage trade relationships and performance, maintain pro-active receivables management, and meet core KPIs (monthly sales target volume and PoS growth) while updating Salesforce.com with timely information.

Key Requirements

•Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing.
•4+ years of professional experience in a relevant industry.
•Knowledge of Sales & Marketing in Paints or adhesives (or similar) is required.
•Experience in the retail channel is required.
•Ability to implement sales strategies and plans to achieve distribution and sales objectives.
