Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across Sweden, with a primary focus on Financial Services & Insurance. •Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Sweden, focused on Financial Services & Insurance, to drive revenue goals.
•Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI capabilities (including ElevenAgents) that improve customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
•Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and craft business cases translating AI voice technology into measurable business value.
•Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs within the Swedish financial services sector, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
•Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to support smooth onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
•Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles across business, IT, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
•Established network in the Swedish financial services landscape with strong executive presence up to C-suite and board level.
•Ability to sell technical solutions to product and engineering leaders and translate complex technology into business value.
•Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Sweden, with comfort navigating regulated organizational structures.
