Job Summary

Oversee daily operations at the Hermès Maison Madison Flagship Boutique, partnering with the Managing Director and Senior Floor Director to drive sales, client development, and staff performance. You’ll supervise and coach sales staff, lead sales-floor presence and service standards, identify opportunities through weekly business review and CRM compliance, and support recruiting, training, scheduling, and key decisions during leadership visits.

•Clear written and verbal communication skills.
