Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of multi-million-dollar construction/energy services/HVAC controls projects portfolio, including project financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Support sales by assisting with quote preparation, project development, and proposals.
  • •Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents, attending pre-bid validation meetings, holding internal meetings, and setting customer expectations.
  • •Lead change order management: identify opportunities, recommend solutions, facilitate quotes, apply pricing strategies, and close orders.
  • •Financially manage projects (cash flow, monthly forecasts, cost at completion, expense monitoring, collections support, backlog reviews) and lead project administration, documentation, safety guidelines, and governing-agency compliance.

Key Requirements
