Construction Project Manager

Manage multi-million-dollar construction, energy services, and HVAC controls projects end to end—owning project financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction. Validate scope, cost, and schedule from contract documents, lead change order management, and ensure strong stakeholder communication. Oversee subcontractor RFQs and execution, develop project schedules and critical paths, and manage compliance with governing agencies, contract requirements, and safety guidelines.
