Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive ATM tactical capacity improvements with best flexibility and cost.
  • •Apply technical expertise in Assembly and Test manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • •Enhance long- and short-term capacity planning using RRP/LRP and capacity response process handshakes.
  • •Collaborate with ATM factory IE teams to align product build plans with equipment and enterprise strategy; analyze complex business data and market signals.
  • •Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and systems; support VF capacity improvements through standards and soft skills.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or BS in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, capacity planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Intel Foundry assembly and test process flows and toolsets.
  • •Strong communication skills to present complex analyses to executive leadership.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategic processes.
