Job Summary

Support the incoming freight receiving process by reviewing bills of lading for unloading approval and managing delivery documentation. Coordinate with delivery drivers, receiving associates, other departments, and leadership to ensure orders are received on time and routed to the correct processing areas. Perform dock receiving duties (receive, unload, check in, sign and mark for deliveries), maintain inbound freight records, run reports, respond to emails daily, and help with audits and cross-training as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Review bills of lading for unloading approval and manage associated documentation.
•Receive, unload, sign for, check in, and mark goods/freight received at the receiving dock.
•Assign replenishments to equipment operators when directed and assist with manual requests from other departments.
•Arrange receiving details and keep records of all inbound freight.
•Communicate with guard shack and internal parties (radio, phone, computer, email, or in-person), respond to emails daily, and create/run reports as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.47 - 21.88

Key Requirements

•Experience working in receiving or dispatch (preferred).
•Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and WMS.
•Customer service and clerical experience.
•Ability to read, write, and speak simple correspondence in English.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
