Job Summary

Develop and lead pricing strategies for the Trane Supply business to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, and competitive positioning. Build pricing governance, tools, and processes; analyze market and financial performance; and translate insights into recommendations. Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leaders. Lead and develop a team of three direct reports, monitor KPI performance, and champion pricing excellence through continuous improvement.
