Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing and maintaining heavy equipment and aerial lifts.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose issues by pulling data across many equipment makes/models and determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed; assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance and assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own the tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Hold a high school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Have preferred experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.
  • •Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
