Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to implementation of HCT’s system-wide strategy.
  • •Assist with development and preservation of system-wide and Faculty/Division-specific policies and participate in academic and extra-curricular events.
  • •Plan and execute interactive lessons using varied methodologies to engage students with diverse learning styles.
  • •Conduct demonstrations and experiments, provide one-on-one guidance, and offer constructive feedback to support learning goals.
  • •Observe and reinforce health, safety, and housekeeping in the laboratory; organize and maintain equipment and propose equipment orders; assess student progress and maintain records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a professional certification relevant to early childhood education, with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
  • •Appropriate academic professional qualifications as required.
  • •Prior experience teaching or facilitating educational programs in a laboratory or hands-on learning environment.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
