Job Summary

Deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance at a Levi’s store by applying product knowledge and the “3C’s of Success” (Connect, Consult, Close). Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional customer service to every store customer using the 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
•Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
•Comply with cash handling guidelines and with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
•Support stock replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the selling floor, and assist in pricing as needed.
•Maintain store appearance per visual presentation standards and perform rapid, accurate sales floor refill and replenishment using RFID-enabled inventory processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 15.1 - 25.15 hourly

Key Requirements

•Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts.
•Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
•Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
•High school diploma or GED (preferred).
•Exhibit characteristics including being structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable.
