Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean walls, floors, furniture and fittings using manual and electrically powered equipment (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).
  • •Follow cleaning schedules and service specifications to meet required standards.
  • •Maintain bathrooms, bedrooms, offices and external areas, including litter picking and emptying bins.
  • •Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and in line with COSHH regulations and training.
  • •Report safety hazards, equipment defects and maintenance issues promptly to management.
