Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and review probationary employee progress through feedback meetings and discussions with supervisors to identify training and development needs.
  • •Help line leaders and supervisors solve specific training problems in one-on-one or group settings.
  • •Partner with HR Coordinator or Recruiter to schedule job previews for hourly applicants and explain the position’s physical requirements and environment.
  • •Instruct employees about exercise activities to improve strength, endurance, and the hardening process during the first three days of employment.
  • •Promote employee recognition throughout the production department and perform additional duties as assigned.
