Retention Associate 2nd Shift

Monitor and review probationary employees throughout their training process, using feedback meetings to identify training and development needs within the production department. Conduct job previews for hourly applicants and coordinate with HR on scheduling and explanation of physical requirements and environment. Support line leaders with training problem-solving, guide early onboarding exercise activities, and promote employee recognition while following safety and equipment requirements.
