Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage strategic direction and positioning for the Navy/NAVFAC account, including external market intelligence, resource/investment allocation, and competitor and SB/SDB analyses.
  • •Own account plan development: define opportunity targets, set growth goals with business line leaders, monitor portfolio quality, and provide situational updates when bookings/pipeline diverge.
  • •Lead pursuit support and SalesForce pipeline management, ensuring capture plans for major pursuits, coordinating teaming/negotiations, and facilitating risk-management sign-offs and proposal review.
  • •Manage major client relationships across Navy/NAVFAC regions and commands, overseeing corrective actions and personally monitoring recoveries to ensure client satisfaction.
  • •Provide compliance and performance/risk oversight: maintain awareness of FAR compliance, review CPARs/rebuttals, serve on JV boards, and resolve OCI issues (including Go/No Go).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline aligned to the role.
  • •At least 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including at least 4 years of leadership experience or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •Travel is required throughout CONUS, with some OCONUS travel based on project and opportunity needs.
  • •Highly desirable: Master’s or PhD degree in a related discipline; Engineer/Architect Professional Registration (PE or AIA); and relevant federal procurement and energy/performance services experience.
