Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic legal counsel to leadership teams and support daily legal issue management across the region.
  • •Advise on commercial transactions, draft and negotiate contractual documentation for key customers and vendors.
  • •Provide dispute resolution guidance, procure and manage external counsel for litigation matters as required.
  • •Monitor compliance with relevant legislation/regulations and company policies, including responsibility for compliance training and competition matters.
  • •Advise on agreements supporting plant operations, logistics, asset management, and real estate; manage external legal spend and relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree (or non-law degree with conversion) and qualification from an accredited law school.
  • •6+ years post-qualification legal experience.
  • •Experience ideally combining private practice and in-house roles.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, with solid drafting, negotiation, risk mitigation, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Fluency in English and Polish (other languages are a plus).
