Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the title marketing team on media strategy, budget planning, and goal setting to develop briefs.
•Evaluate agency media plans against the brief and business context and advise title managers on recommendations.
•Leverage cross-market learnings with the regional team to shape insight-driven briefs that improve media efficiency and measurable results.
•Work with production and title managers to ensure effective creative delivery aligned to the campaign vision.
•Develop audience-first buying strategies (including annual deals with media partners) and maintain key partner relationships.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience managing and developing strategy for paid media campaigns in-house or within a media agency.
•Expertise in Italy is required (Turkey experience is a plus).
•Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required; fluency in Turkish is a plus.
•Strong experience across all media channels, including connected TV and social media.
•Experience managing large budgets (€1M+) and upper-funnel campaign strategies, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
