Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce client invoices for fees and rechargeable costs accurately and on time, and ensure invoices meet client requirements
  • •Reconcile client purchase orders to invoices and reconcile rechargeable costs to billed/unbilled amounts
  • •Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to the Senior Revenue Accountant
  • •Maintain sales ledger and WIP records, manage debtors, and support cash receipts queries with the AP team
  • •Assist with project close-out, invoice write-off approvals coordination, and compile information for external auditors as required

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year’s experience in a Revenue Accounting role (revenue accounting preferred)
  • •Experience working as part of a finance team in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
  • •Timesheet accounting experience is highly desirable
  • •Working towards a professional qualification preferred (ACCA, AAT, CIMA)
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with good analytic/reporting ability
