  • •Convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement and promote the loyalty program.
  • •Follow the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank) to deliver top-tier customer service.
  • •Stay informed about various brands within the group to offer effective suggestions and cross-selling opportunities.
  • •Educate customers on product features, benefits, materials, and care instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and effective communication and interpersonal skills; previous sales experience preferred.
  • •Willingness to work extended hours during peak sales periods.
  • •Ability to stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
  • •Experience in recording and maintaining inventory records and stock management.
  • •Proficiency in operating POS systems and processing cash, card, vouchers, or debit transactions.
