Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/manage the program FP&A team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
  • •Produce timely and accurate financial reporting deliverables, including program P&L, trend/variance analysis, and monthly reporting.
  • •Manage monthly rolling forecasts and annual operating budgeting activities.
  • •Provide funding and burn rate analysis and value-add insights on program drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Manage month-end close activities (cost accruals, revenue recognition, expense reviews) and collaborate with accounting, contracts, and procurement teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field with 8+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Government contracting experience; knowledge of CAS, FAR, and GAAP.
  • •Experience developing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cadence.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and modeling.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to relay complex information concisely.
