Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product management for our Schemas team.
  • •Engage with customers, internal teams, and Benchling fields teams to understand their problems-to-solve and use cases.
  • •Set the vision for Schemas that will help accelerate development amongst internal development teams.
  • •Empower scientists, admins, and computational teams that use Benchling to turn their data into an AI-ready structured data foundation for the entire R&D lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate very closely with Engineering and Design to develop new product capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 227,000 - 307,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management experience.
  • •Experience with providing technical solutions to internal developers and external customers.
  • •Ability to think in systems and understand how customer needs impact different parts of the product.
  • •Demonstrated ability to have a long-term vision and ship incrementally.
