Key Responsibilities

•Lead product management for our Schemas team.
•Engage with customers, internal teams, and Benchling fields teams to understand their problems-to-solve and use cases.
•Set the vision for Schemas that will help accelerate development amongst internal development teams.
•Empower scientists, admins, and computational teams that use Benchling to turn their data into an AI-ready structured data foundation for the entire R&D lifecycle.
•Collaborate very closely with Engineering and Design to develop new product capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 227,000 - 307,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•6+ years of product management experience.
•Experience with providing technical solutions to internal developers and external customers.
•Ability to think in systems and understand how customer needs impact different parts of the product.
•Demonstrated ability to have a long-term vision and ship incrementally.
•Experience in B2B SaaS or Developer Platform industries preferred
